Had a great Christmas in a hillside resort. the view from the resort was stunning - mountains all around. Delicious food was served and the staff was very friendly and polite. the best part was the free shuttle service to the nearby town for shopping and sightseeing.
The resort was a bit far from the town, so we had to rely on the shuttle service provided by the hotel. the resort was located on a steep hill, which made it difficult for elderly people to climb the stairs.

Complimentary breakfast and dinner were amazing, especially for vegetarians. The staff was extremely friendly, supportive, and provided great hospitality.- The location of the resort, at a distance from the main mall road, was convenient as it offered ample parking space and a quieter atmosphere.
The rooms could be improved, with the "Deluxe rooms" being small and lacking amenities like AC and flat-screen TVs. There were issues with water flow in the taps and inconsistent hot water supply in some rooms.
